How to Delete Your Data
If you wish to delete your data from Calliee, you have two options:
1
Revoke Facebook Access — Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Find Calliee → Remove. This immediately stops our access to your Facebook data.

Request Full Data Deletion — Send us an email requesting complete deletion of all your data from our systems.
✓ Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving your deletion request, we will remove:
- Your account information (name, email, profile data)
- All Facebook/Meta business data we retrieved on your behalf
- Campaign analytics and reports generated for your account
- Usage logs and activity history
What We May Retain
In compliance with legal requirements, we may retain:
- Records required for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes
- Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
- Information necessary to prevent fraud or enforce our terms
