To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by authenticating through Facebook Login. By creating an account, you agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials

- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Facebook/Meta Data Access
By connecting your Facebook account, you authorize Calliee to access certain data from your Meta Business accounts as permitted by the permissions you grant. You represent and warrant that:
- You have the authority to grant access to the business and ad account data
- Your use of the Service complies with Meta's Terms of Service and advertising policies
- You will not use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
You may revoke our access to your Facebook data at any time through your Facebook settings or your Calliee account settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to compete with Calliee or build a similar product
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service through automated means
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Calliee and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The Service integrates with Meta platforms and may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of Meta's platforms is governed by Meta's own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data displayed through the Service. Campaign data is provided by Meta and may be subject to delays or discrepancies.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALLIEE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calliee, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
